With the new 5 mm hysteroscope, the IBS® Tissue Removal Device combines the high image quality of a rod lens telescope with a minimal diameter, making it suitable for hysteroscopic procedures in the outpatient setting as well as the operating room. There is no thermal damage to tissue thanks to the purely mechanical removal of tissue. Resected tissue is immediately suctioned and collected in a tissue trap. In addition to the removal of placental remnants, the IBS® Tissue Removal Device can be used to remove polyps and myomas and to perform biopsies. Here you can find the required setup:
