For this field of application, you use a system for all-inside meniscal refixation. The SmartMex® system, with two knotless implants for the refixation of meniscal tears, is available for this purpose.
Thanks to its rigid design, the SmartMex® ensures great stability during an application. The system is preloaded with two cannulated implants made of VESTAKEEP® PEEK¹. Each implant fits on a specially designed needle that prevents the implant from rotating on the needle.
