Tuttlingen, 12.05.2021: Following a successful market establishment of the joint venture KARL STORZ NDTec, which has specialized in the sales of industrial endoscopes since 2018, KARL STORZ is now transferring its shares to the joint venture partner, which is represented by the managing directors Thomas Weinberger and Rainer Zibuschka. In the future, KARL STORZ NDTec will be 100% owned by the joint venture partner.
Since its establishment in 2018, KARL STORZ and the joint venture partner, the former company NDTec, combined their expertise in the field of industrial endoscopy for non-destructive testing. KARL STORZ’ expertise in rigid industrial endoscopes and NDTec’s focus on flexible industrial endoscopes provided an ideal starting point to offer more targeted answers to the specific needs of industrial customers.
